Connection Really Poor

Hi folks,

I have been with BT Broadband for well over 2 years now and am using the HomeHub 3 at the moment. This past month the connection has been terrible. Both on wireless and with the cable plugged in to the laptop.

Granted we have a lot of stuff connected to the hub at times but even when it's just a couple of things it is still very "laggy"

Re: Connection Really Poor

Thank you. I will wait until later this evening (so the kids aren't online) and run the speedtest. Will post the results then.

Re: Connection Really Poor

your profile is low and should be 3.5mb for your connection speed.  just stay connected 24/7 and profile should rise in 3/5 days maybe sooner

Re: Connection Really Poor

Thanks for the prompt reply. I noted that the results mention an atainable speed of 7mb on the line. Is this possible?
