Re: Dlm optional?

Go to solution
I have an open reach splitter faceplate, I did try that last time I had this problem and made no difference, although, am quite happy to do it again, although I I would have to turn modem off after a 5 day sync. Do you think this is a problem which will fix itself after no movement in 5 days?

Re: Dlm optional?

at present your max estimated speed is only 2268kbps not the 3.5/4mb estimated so suggests poor/bad connection. I would normally expect an estimated of 3.5/4mb and  connection of 2074kbps and high 12db noise margin showing scope for speed improvement  at present it show max only 2268kbps

as you have already posted stats showing 5 days stable then conencting to test socket with a filter and reposting stats will show is that helps either attainable/actual speed and noise margin  if no improvement and no line line then can see if mods will reset noise margin back to 6db which will improve speed

Should I post the stats straight away after test socket?

stats still about the same  see if mods will reset noise margin back to normal 6db as you have 5 days stable conenction and take it from there   mods will post here

Re: Dlm optional?

Has crept back up a bit again, but seems to be trying to sort itself, there are three open reach vans down the road working up on the line, must have had something to do with it
