Just for update, have been connected now another three solid days, 5 days straight before that, and the snr seems to be recovered at 6 for the last three days, but the sync speed still stuck at 2172? Not sure what to do now, should I reset the modem to see if it now syncs at the attainable rate, or leave it alone and see if it will resync itself? Thanks

Well powered the modem down for 30 minutes, turned back on, same stats.
2272 connection rate with 3200 attainable at 6snr. There has been in total nearly 9 days connection with good stable line and ip still stuck at 2mb. Can someone please, please reset my line

if as you say you now have a stabl;e conenction with 9days and still in banded profile then I have asked mod to help again

Thanks a lot, this adsl is so frustrating, I have replaced faceplate etc all in house and all seems fine here with good attainable rate, just dlm won't catch up.
Soon as this contracts up think I'm heading for a 4g box!

Hi @warrenshaw22 I have arranged for a reset of the connection. This will complete within 24hrs please keep and eye on your connection and keep the thread updated to let me know how your connection is performing

Hi @warrenshaw22 I called earlier sorry I could not reach you and the reset doesn't appear to have taken place. I have tried to check your connection but I am not picking up an active broadband session. Can you confirm your connection is up and working ok and I will raise another reset order if necessary.
