I cannot see any issues, its probably going to be a two stage install, but there are a couple of people who post on this forum, like @Starwire , who know about these things.

Is there anything unusual about your address, quite often when a providers computer says ‘No’ when enquiring about service, it’s because of inconsistency, duplication or missing address information, if ( for example ) your address was ‘Rose Cottage, Up the Hill lane, Downchester, but there was also Rose Cottage , Downchester, both with the same or similar postcodes, when the network was dimensioned by the OR planners, one of those may have been deleted as a duplicate...if you look on the Royal Mail /Post Office address site, is your address shown as you know it, and is it the same as what’s on your BT account ?
