Still waiting for the mods to get back. The hub restarted itself for the millionth time yet again at 7.00 this morning and now even slower, please see update below:
This morning, restarted itself again and now gone right back down to what it was in the first place 287 Kbps, even the upstream is slower than what it was, now only 406 Kbps. I know like you say the mods are busy but me and my family heavily rely on a stable and fast connection so this is really not good for us...
It can't be a line fault as when I previously posted a screen shot on the 10th of November when the speed first came back it clearly shows that the connection was over 13 Mbps down and over 1 Mbps up, it stayed like that for over ten hours straight, if there was a line fault those speeds could never have been achieved.
