Fast Path request

Hello

Can I be put on "Fast Path" please, had been using a TP-link router which was connected for over 30 days after a connection issue  was sorted 2 months ago, thou fast path was not one of the states on the status page the ping never dropped in this timespan.

Have been using a HH4 which I purchased and been waiting for DLM to do the job, 12 days connected no change, stats below.

great connection with your attenuation you must live almost next door to exchange

Thanks for the quick replys, have filled out the form and yes I am about 150yds from the exchange on an EO line.

Fast path was enabled yesterday afternoon, DLM then kicked early next morning resulting in a reduction of 50% in my ping to London servers (18ms to 9ms) and an increase in download speed of .5 Mb so all in all a great result.

A big thankyou to all invoved.

Just one final question, if in the future I use my TP-Link router (AC 1900) will these settings be retained?

@Railwayman great stuff, it all completed sooner than expected 🙂

A change of router won't affect your settings as this change was made at supplier level.
