Hi, we had a power cut the other night, from which the broadband did not immediately come back up. So i called the support team, who were very good, checked the line and while they didn't find a fault, reset it and the broadband came backup.
That's all really good and a huge improvement on previous problems.
However, I have spend a lot of time previously on this forum working with moderators to get the SNR set to a level that provides a very stable, but slightly slower connection ~12Mbps - 9dB i think was the number it was set at.
I suspect the reset of the line may have changed that as we are now getting frequent dropped connections and much higher speed. Can this be checked, please?

Or this? I notice uptime appears to be different...
