What does flashing green mean?, it will not reset to orange, BT india say there may be a line fault and will monitor for 24 hours, now they say an engineer wil call thursday PM, but will charge if it is my fault.
are you using test socket?
It is like my broadband has been switched off, there is an order on my account I did not place, it will not let me view it, any mods able to have look incase someone cancelled my broadband....phone works fine.
are you conencted to test socket with new filter to eliminate anything to do with your internal wiring
if you are in test socket with new filter and still no connection then you need to phone CS and report a fault
thanks for your help, the engineer replaced the hub 4, i now have only 2mbps, I had 3.5-4 mbps before, hub is not on latest firmware, does this look ok, I should be on ADSL2+
