not chnaged anything but back to good speeds again now at 4:15pm

the 2.34mbps is now reflected on other devices - wired and non-wired.  Can anyone see any obvious differences between my earlier posting today and this one?

Yes, it seems to do better with a greater margin ... although I think the moderators ought to check the VP on your connection. Don't do anymore BT tests today .... and we'll see if the mods pick this up again. You may need either another pair (if there is one) ... or a change of virtual path on the connection.

Hi @toonlass and thanks for posting.

I can see @OlgaC is dealing with this for you. She's out of the office until Tuesday but has scheduled a call back for that day. I'll let her know you're posted.

Cheers

David
