As you should have noticed when joining thus is a customer help customer forum and you poste does  not go to BT. You can of course cancel at anytime but you will be charged cancellation fees

if you want forum assistance you need to post more information about your connection

please delete account number as this is a public forum and you should not post personal account info for your security

stats from you hub. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information. If hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk 

check for line noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone 

run btpeedtester and when first test completes run diagnostic test and post result must be done with wired connection 

enter your phone number and post results remember delete number.

Were the tests  you posted done with wired or wireless connection?
