I have had major problems with my home hub going down every time my land line is in use (when I make a call or receive a call). I have had dozens of conversations with BT - I have had 2 visits from Brodband specialist from Open Reach andnobody seems to be able to resolve this. Everything has been tested (hub has been changed, phones have been changed and computer to!) BT engineers have tested everything. Its been 4 months and I am sick of it. I have even paid an outside company to come in and check everything. Anyone else had similar experiences?

Connect your home hub as shown below, and see if the line still drops when you get a call.
