I recently got the business essential broadband package due to my area having no fibre options available.
As expected I get about 16Mbps when connected to the BT Smart Hub. When I disconnect the ADSL cable or when the internet goes down & it switches over to hybrid connect I get 30Mbps+
But when both are on & connected by an ethernet cable I still only get 16Mbps. Shouldn't I be getting the hybrid speed boost from the EE hub & my download speeds much higher?
