IP Profile issues

Hi,

 

Not quite sure how I am managing to post this message...

 

My IP profile has dropped to 0.14mbps.

Where usually I would speak to BT India - this forum was very last time.

 

Could somebody look into my issue and possibly reset my line?

 

My connection is that slow it takes about 2-3 minutes to load a page and thats if it doesn't crash or lose connection completely. I can remember there is a process to follow by contacting the mods etc but there is no chance I can load many pages.

 

Download speedachieved during the test was - 0 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.05 Mbps-0.25 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :3.1 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 0.14 Mbps

Which BT Home hub do you have?

 

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

 

The mods only get involved if the problem cannot be sorted by forum members.

Give it 3 days of constant connection and the IP profile will rise to match the sync speed.

Thanks Keith.
I'm not waiting 10 days though. I've had the MODs help get it fixed before in 48 hours / 3 days.
Even BT India were pretty good when resetting the line.

Appreciate the help.

The sync speed is 3.1mbps and should be up at 7.85mbps. Maybe there is another problem BT India or the MODs can detect?
