It appears that the exchange and hub are coming to a mutually agreeable solution.........shall give it another couple of days...

strangely speed is exactly the same but at least the errors have zeroed so can see how fast the accumulate

I must admit I thought the speed would have gone up with the reduction in noise margin........especially when you consider the speedtest shows the download speed greater than the ip profile........Smiley Surprised

the hub log you have posted is showing the hub contacting the update server for hub firmware updates

Ah.....my apologies. I thought that the hub stats shown were part of the dlm negotiating with the hub as to the best connection speed that could exist between the two. I didn't realise that this was to do with checking the hub's firmware.....!

While you two gentlemen are about, could you please explain why very little mention is made on these forums of the program called "routerstatshub" ? I have found it to be GREAT at monitoring the interference on my connection, and invaluable for narrowing down the source and the volume of said interference ! ie. is it a sudden burst, or does it come through continuously....It is also good for indicating the benfits of any changes I make........

probably beacuse it is relatively new and is for HH3 a or b
