hoping you can help me again, as you did about 2 years ago. Did some testing with my internal phones lines, several resets on the router, etc, and was put into the stupid banded profile.
The connection has been stable for 3+ days but the profile hasn't normalised yet. Could you do a line reset for me? Not sure if you can help, I am on Sky currently but since this is an Openreach issue, I'm hoping the answer is yes!
