Line reset request: 3+ days stable

Hi all

 

hoping you can help me again, as you did about 2 years ago. Did some testing with my internal phones lines, several resets on the router, etc, and was put into the stupid banded profile.

 

The connection has been stable for 3+ days but the profile hasn't normalised yet. Could you do a line reset for me? Not sure if you can help, I am on Sky currently but since this is an Openreach issue, I'm hoping the answer is yes!

This is a BT Retail Forum not an Openreach one and even if it was they still couldn't do an SNR Reset as Sky own their own LLU Network so they would do the reset themselves.

Openreach Engineers can't reset Sky LLU SNR's, they have to call Sky to do it for them.
