Your connection should reset itself given a stable connection for 7/10 days. You really need to get your connection sorted by getting engineer visit rather than getting another request fir noise margin reset
With a 56db attenuation there are many posts with higher attenuation/longer lines which are stable and don't continually drop connection. So it would be better to get your line fixed to stop the continual drops in connection rather than keep trying to get your noise margin manually reset
What is the 4G network like in your area?
Depending on your data usage needs you may get faster throughput (but higher pings which might affect gaming etc) by trying mobile broadband rather than a very long landline.
I don't know your exact postcode, but for example, BT45 7UG shows as having a very good reception on the BT mobile coverage page.
if your speed has dropped again then you have a line problem and that needs fixed first so call 151 and get engineer visit
a noise margin reset is not a fix just a temporary fix until the line drops again and the circle starts again
If your connection speed is still dropping then as I said you have a line problem. Is quiet line silent when using a corded phone?
are you using the test socket with filter to eliminate your internal wiring and faceplate
