Low BB speed on new line

Have just moved house and had a new business line installed 7 days ago.. contract stated maximum ADSL download speed would be 3Mbps, but so far have managed a maximum of 0.2Mbps

 

Have just run a test on BT Wholesale and showing the following;

 

For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.1 Mbps-0.25 Mbps

IP profile of your line is - 0.21 Mbps

 

The connection has been like this now for 7 days with no signs of improvement, is this normal and can I expect a sudden increase after 10 days?

 

Have spoke to BT but they say they can't do anything until 10 days are up, but why am I still not getting what the contract states? We have checked with neighbours and they are getting speeds between 2 - 3 Mbps..

 

Trying to run a business with 0.2Mbps download is proving virtually impossible..!

Trying anything to be honest as tearing my hair out.. but will post on Business forum.. was hoping someone could just say whether this is normal or not..

if HH4 can you go to hub manager 192.168.1.254 then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post the stats

your conenction speed is very low - are you connnected to test socket with a new filter.  if so then you need to get an engineer visit

Thanks, I was connected to test socket with new filter but made no difference so have reverted back to actual socket..

 

Will contact again and ask for engineer visit.. appreciate the advice
