Re: My router is suffering spates of continual crashes.

Go to solution

Hi @dian,

Thank you for posting back. Be honest it would be difficult for me to say what was causing the disconnection as the line is testing okay at the moment.

I've ran a few checks again today and the connection is looking nice and stable with no drops over the last few days. I gave your home number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. Please let me know if you need anything else or are you happy for me to close the case I have open on your account?

Thanks

Re: My router is suffering spates of continual crashes.

Go to solution

Thank you again for your help, my router has still not crashed and is giving 18.9 upload, 1.0 download ping 21 jitter 1.  I looked at the router log and there seems to be a lot of invalid packets going on, an example of which I have pasted below.  If this is normal then I'm happy to assume the router will now behave and for the case to be closed,  If any further problems arise, what is the best way to get help? To post here in the forum?

Re: My router is suffering spates of continual crashes.

Go to solution

Hi @dian,

Thank you for posting back. I'm happy to hear that the connection has remained stable. I wouldn't worry about the invalid packet as that the router working as it should.

If you notice any issue with the stability, post back on this thread and I'd be more than happy to take a look at this for you.

Thanks
