Moved into a new build property last month. After 2 weeks I was connected up, I now have a working phone line but still no broadband. Solid orange light on the hub ever since the line was connected.
Had an engineer out yesterday who checked everthing and says its ok. He says I need to get back in touch with BT and tell them they need to change Profile and Settings plus Radius settings as well. Anyone had this problem before?
