Though once the BTCare Team (Mods) have responded and offered you their support and help they will be able to solve your broadband fault.

 

BT Care Team (Mods) are a BT UK Based specialist team who have a good reputation for solving customer problems.

As I have no broadband (BT failed to phone today between 10 and 2 as agreed) it is difficult to copy and paste and fill he form in on my mobile - I will fill it in tomorrow when I have access to broadband at work. Frankly if its not sorted by Friday we will be contacting Virgin and going with them. My husband is now on the phone to India chasing up the missed call once again. We couldn't be more disappointed and frustrated with the service we have received.

I'd love to know what the conclusion of all this was. I'm a new BT broadband customer and reading this does not fill me with a warm feeling...

Just remember this is just one customer out of >6 million.  The happy ones would not even know this forum existed.

Check out other ISP's forums before you make a decision.
