I have previously used the forum to resolve problems for a customer of mine so hope you can help again as they are currently experiencing no Internet connection, Home Hub 4 showing orange light and noisy phone line which sounds like you are talking under water.
No problems reported on the BT status page for their number but they are on a long line out in the countryside so hope someone can get in touch and I will provide the details on their behalf.

Hi @chrisarkle quickest way to get this sorted would be to report a noisy line fault to 0800 800 151. Is the noise still present if the phone is connected to the test socket?
