have you got a dial tone on your phone what colour lights are there on your hub

No probs with phone. Orange constant light on hub with flashing red/orange b. Service just dropped out 2 weeks ago for no apparent reason.

You need to contact the broadband help line on 08001114567 and report no broadband as your fault

They are the only people who can get an Openreach engineer involved
