Whilst moving furniture around we accidently interrupted the landline. Once we reconnected it the internet didn't work anymore. When trying to load a page it redirected to BT wholesale, service information. I got on the case and contacted the net provider by phone and was told it is an issue of identification and they will run tests for 48 to 72 hours. Within that period, when trying to load a page we only received error messages so BT does not pop up anymore. I contacted BT and they insured me the entire line is working. Next is that the net company gets in touch and says our BT line is faulty. I called BT again, didn't get hold of anyone and went for the call back option. That is 8 hours ago and I am still waiting to hear from them. The net provider says again they will be in touch within 72 hours. The hole thing started more than a week ago. Has anyone got experience what could be the solution to that? I know, not much info really but that is all I know.
