No products showing on DSL checker - new build FTTP

Hi,

I moved to a house on a new fibre-only development three weeks ago, and finally had my ONT installed last week. However the DSL checker still doesn't show that I should be able to order FTTP. When will this update?

Could be tomorrow, could be 6 months! Have you called the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787? They may be able to provide more information, or request that Openreach update their records. Do you have any lights showing on the ONT?

Green light for power and red light for LOS, which I'm guessing isn't good... FTTP team said to wait until at least 5 working days after the install, but I was hoping to be able to get going before the long weekend...

Re: No products showing on DSL checker - new build FTTP

I just don't get what takes so long. Work is done, work is marked as done, database is updated. If I took 5 working days to flag up that I'd finished something at work then I'd be fired! All this should've been done before I even moved in anyway...
