No upload speed and no internet connection now after call to India.
I rang the helpdesk last night to report having virtually no upload speed and not being able to connect to the internet. Despite being told that this was a fault at my end I persisted and they checked the line. The person mentioned something about leaving hub on for 4 days while they check it out. It's now on with a solid orange light. Are they actually doing anything or have I been fobbed off? I must admit the attitude of the person on the other end was shocking especially when shouting at me and the general condescending tone. Would there be a reason for a sudden loss of upload speed. Was working fine ealy in week then nothing on Thursday and Friday. Hope this makes sense as using phone to make post

if using a hub 4 locate these lines located in the hub logs Lines should look like this 19:11:29, 07 Nov. (2290101.460000) DSL noise margin: 7.00 dB upstream, 6.10 dB downstream 19:11:29, 07 Nov. (2290101.390000) DSL line rate: 448 Kbps upstream, 288 Kbps downstream
