Nothing has changed, all the same.....I'm past the point of anger......bit of a joke really.If something BAD has happened then I will take everything back THAT IVE SAID REGARDING- NOT BEING CONTACTED TODAY.

If there isnt a reason why I have not been contacted and I've just been forgotten about- I will take my service else where and go through SKY for phone and Broadband.
I wonder if the mod made a mistake when she said Monday forgetting that it was a bank holiday and she was off - just a thought
another attempt to reset noise margin tha failed? hopefully mod will contact you today to update on progress and why taking so long to get your noise margin reset

quick update- engineer has been, changed sockets and new connections at exchange.....seems good enough now!? I'm speaking to my Mod soon- 6 oclock is great if you can like planned.BT guy was here at 12.30am lucky i wasnt at the shop or driving!!! everytime I was getting my noise margin reduced to 6 it got worse, BT man said it might be better with a 9db setting.
