Hi John,

I don't honestly know. I don't think it's been resetting the line like it I used to do. But the speed is still at 7 meg and a reset 10 hours ago. What does it show you from your end?

Hi @Traumatic Good to hear that the speed is around 7mb. I've tested the connection and there have been very drops in connection over the last week. Is that what you are experiencing? and if all is OK are you happy for me to close this off?

Hi John,

I think at the minute it's okay, so the case can be closed.

It would be good to try and keep the notes on file, so in case it does happen again, everyone knows where the issue is
