Can you post back and let me know how your connection has been since the SNR reset.
I checked the potential line speed for the Faster broadband on the line and it is only returning up to 3meg so the copper connection should potentially provide a better speed.
What I'm saying , is:
before the Exchange was upgraded that test only said 2 meg!
is there anyway to have a trial run on fibre due to the past problems on the line?
in the last 30 minutes, the line has reset every minute.
i think the most the line hasn't disconnected for is just under 2 days
Provisionally i'd want to try this. pricing, I see there are 2 packages? But the faster one doesn't say about download allowance.
Would you be able to look into the pricing?
