Hi @Traumatic Sorry about the Interleaving it was showing as applied at our end. I have checked with BT Wholesale and it was not active and they have ordered the Interleaving to be applied now and this will complete within 24hrs.

I've just tried ringing on the house phone and there is a constant sound . It sounds like the sound the sea makes.
That's the best way to describe the sound

Hi @Traumatic I called earlier and left a brief message. Thanks for posting an update. The noise interference on the line is probably the cause of your broadband fault. Please can you test you telephone directly in the test socket and see if the noise persists and if so please try a 2nd phone also to ensure the phone is not faulty.
