Poor line connection, high latency

Hi I currently am experiencing very slow broadband issues, I am connecting straight into the engineers socket and wired ethernet cable to PC. I am also running a ping test which has not droppe below 100ms for quite a while now. The speed test is giving me 1.21mbs but the ping is creating terrible latency problems. Please help/advise

Regards

Re: Poor line connection, high latency

looks like a congestion issue on the network all you can do is wait while BT Wholesale increase capacity
