Can I upgrade from ADSL Max to ADSL2+?

Have you contacted sales? You can usually have the service switched by agreeing to a new contract.

Hi, thanks. All the posts so far requesting this have been carried out via the forum. I'm enquiring this way because this apparently saves having to negotiate a new contract. I don't think this kind of change really justifies a new contract. Cheers, Jonny

As the mods work by personal invite only how did you contact them as they do not use private messages as they cannot be properly tracked
