You need to go into advanced settings, troubleshooting, then helpdesk I believe.

I can almost guarantee it's G.992.1 though with those connection rates.

Webby, as you say the router is reporting G.992.1

So BTw accepted the order to transfer me, which was confirmed by a notice on adsl checker and also a temporary outage on the day the switch was to be made. Why am I still stuck at the lower speeds?

So I have checked my connection, seems my router resynced yesterday at some point. Sync speed is a shade over 18 down  which is what I expected from my line performance. However, download speed is very slow, I presume this is part of the training period? 

 

Test taken this morning at around 6am. I will check again this evening
