so are you now in hub manager ?  if so if you read the link I posted and that will take you though changing wireless channel

Trying hard not to be thick...honest ....where do I find ' wireless' have entered that number , have entered the admin password ...got my services....my home network ...and the tabs for Services, setting or troubleshooting

Got a message that said try refresh first and the home hub will find the best channel...did a speed test on the official site and have now got a speed of 2...... It was on channel 6, says try 1 , 6 , or 11 which do you suggest
