The more you restart the router the worse it will get - your noise margin will get higher and your connection speed will drop - stable connection is best - no manual resets
After you connect to test socket with hub and aks try quiet line test then post results. Always someone around to help
you need to get a stable conenction before you will get a manual reset otherwise it is pointless as your conenction will continue to drop and you will just end up back where you started and manual intervention would be wasted.
you need to get rid of the buzz on your line and first step was connecting to test socket to eliminate your internal wiring
yes and see if the buzz is still there and if so report a phone fault as I said already. you may find that your conenction improves in tyest socket as that should be best connection
