Well...it's a lot of information but yes it does help in a way. Knowing there is no magical solution to this is accepting what we have bought into. Rather disappointing to know that as end users we can be run rough shod over but at the same time, BT has tried to give a helpful website. It's not though.
But thank you very much for taking the time to list things out.
I must admit a lot on the list has already been covered. So...go and find something else to do. But I do feel strongly BT should give us back money when it's not working and we have not done anything to cause the problem.
