I totally understand you. Joining BT is also the biggest mistake in my life!!
Those Indian everytime promised to call back, but never. And always took ages to get some one answer, today no answer after 40 min's waiting on the phone. I am really fed up with it!!!

I have waisted 2 days off work. Some indian technical guys have tried to help on the phone, and asked me plug in and plug out many times, still not fixed it. What made me angy was that they both promised to call me back in some time, but no answer at all.
I have insisted to ask an engineer to my home to fix it, but they always said it will cost me 90 pounds. How rediculous! I paid for your service, you must let it work!
I am totally fed up with this. What I want now is to cancel this broadband package as soon as possible!
