Re: no phone or broadband and appalling customer service.

Go to solution

I been put through to all sorts of teams, COPE ? Team, all UK based, I been past from pillar to post, the last lady had supposedly access to systems that other have not. In the end I don,t know what to believe, I honestly believe that after ten days I am going to ring back and have to start from the beginning again, with no record of my conversation

I even have an open order on my account, which one person told me was the the the form being submitted to openreach to change my post code and the last one saying it’s nothing to do with my post code, which I find strange as say on the OR checker I am 3/4 k from the cab I am 10 feet from.

I am starting to think that when they see there is a high level complaint on my records, that they are messing thing up on purposely, lol see it’s getting me paranoid.

I think you might have done the right thing. I had a call a few months ago to say we could get cheaper and better broadband. Ostensibly from OPENREACH (which don't offer a service as they are the company who do the line engineering. They quoted the price and I said that it sounds OK but I'm not interested at the moment. I was 'phoned again and they wanted more details as I'd indicated I' d agreed to take the offer. I said I certainly hadn't and pressed them for tgeir names and more details from OPENREACH - after a while they hung up! Do be careful - they sound really genuine but may not be who they say. They get really pushy.

See my previous post but if it was BT then they should be able to sort it out but, as with us, it took a moderator. Hopefully, one might pick up your post.
