Sorry but not sure how I attach the download to here. When I ordered it they said speed would be between 10 and 14 mbps with minimum of 5.88. Never other than for a few days had the minimum. I have a home hub 2

I assume you mean you have the new smart hub 2, and not the old obsolete home hub 2?

Open a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

I assume that its the connection speed you have problems with, and not the actual download speed?
Download speed needs to be measured using an Ethernet connected device, as wireless will give variable results.
