We moved into a brand new property 2 years ago and have had nothing but slow, intermittent, and altogether useless speeds since moving in. We were orignally with Sky broadband then changed to Vodafone and now we have joined BT hoping that they may soon help?? Sky and Vodafone both sent out BT engineers regularly to test the broadband and every time they couldnt find a fault. One BT Engineer did advise me that The R.E.I.N team have apparantly been investigating the problems on our esate and they say it is an electrical fault with the solar panels on our estate.
I need to know how I can contact the REIN team who can confirm this and obtain a report from them so that i can complain to the housebuilder/solar panel company and see if the interference can be rectified. We have no Virgin Cable, nor Fibre and Im quite frankly dismayed that in 2017 i am only achieveing speeds of under 1, we are not in the middle on nowehere either we are very close to exsisting residentail areas and shopping centres.
