close to 6 weeks ago our land line and internet went down. Within a few days the line was working but not the internet so we had another engineer come out and sort us. Unfortunately a few days later both went down again, phone phone line fixed after a few days but not the internet.
We have complained and complained, had visit after visit from engineers. The worst part is you complain and still get some one in a foreign call centre call you in broken English! It really shows how little your custom means to BT.
Our next engineers vistit is booked for monday 12th, the 4th visit that my wife has had to cancel work to wait in for.
On one of the visits she waited in from 8am until 1 as told to. The engineer arrived just after 1 and said he was only told to come to us 20minutes earlier!
We would so love to leave BT but unfortunately due to where we live no other providers seem able to supply us.
Can any one please advise me how to get to speak to some one in the UK in English that is understandable?
