this works in some cases otherwise it requires mod assistance 

contact mods



can take up to 3 working days for mods to contact you

Recieved a new router today even though I didn't need one, that hasn't sorted the problem what so ever. This is turning into a joke on behalf of BT. Was supposed to recieve a phone call on Monday within 30 minutes of putting the phone down, still waiting for that call 2 days later.

Hi leave it in the mods hands now they will contact you personally by either email or phone they are UK based specialists just do not contact the help line as that can cause confusion

Yeah i'm leaving it to them now, but they really need to get it sorted asap it's been 5 days and nothing has been resolved.

Finally had some action taken, an engineer is coming out on Tuesday to hopefully fix the problem. Been coming to 2 weeks to have such a common problem fixed, will be certainly making a complaint about how basic and awful BT's customer service is.

your type of fault can be one of the worse sort of fault to locate I know it is frustrating but it really is a matter of being patient
