Slow Internet...

Hi, I've been away for a while, returned to find completely dead phone and slow internet. The engineers called last week and replaced cables etc. He told me the internet speed should come back automatically

after 3 or 4 days, if not ask for it to be done manually. Well it's still slower than normal 5 days on, so can someone fix it please. I hope this is the right place to ask. Speed test figures etc. below:

You are in a banded profile you need to maintain a stable connection with no hub restarts for 10 days and you will come out of the banding automatically

you are in a banded profile and this normally releases in 3/5 days but as you are almost at 5 days stable connection I would contact the mods as it may be stuck.  if it releases in the 3 days it may take mods to contact you then great

can take up to 3 working days for mods to contact you

Thanks for the very prompt replies, caught me out. I've contacted mods so fingers crossed. I'll let you know.

can you post new stats when mods get you out banding please   just for reference

Had an email from mods yesterday evening to say they have 'reset your profile as you have requested. This should take between 4 and 8 hours to complete' but 10 mins later I was back up to full speed. Amazing service and thanks to you and mods. Below are stats:
