Slow connection and frequent drops

Having an issue with my internet/speed. In the past 3-4 weeks my connection has dropped countless times and the speed  can go as low as 0.3mb. I don't get much in the way of speed around my area so I would like to keep as much speed as I can! I have been looking on these forums at other peoples issues with speed and have conducted all the tests that people suggest with little luck.


My connection constantly drop's so I am unable to leave it for 6 days to get a proper reading. I am lucky if the connection stays stable for more then 11 hours.

Are you using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps stability.  Try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2. Should be quiet and best with corded phone

 

when using the test socket can you check that there is no dial tone ant any extension socket whether normally in use or not
