Re: Slow peak speeds :(

@BTCARE are as bad as ringing up 1st line as I was instantly told that its a wireless channel fault when i said I am directly connected to my HH ........ and if i get slow internet, keep on restarting my home hub as it would help 😞

Please if an admin could just spend 5 minutes of time to talk to me so I can ask 2 questions it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Slow peak speeds :(

and even though i have followed the instructions to disable bt wifi (http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12958/c/346,1238,2694) weeks ago my router still is sharing the service when i turn my wifi back on from doing BTW speed checks.

Hopefully on monday an admin will be in touch.

Re: Slow peak speeds :(

You can try opting in then opting out as that has helped posters before. Often your hub needs a reset to change the setting

What are the btspeedtester figures like tonight?

Re: Slow peak speeds :(

It's always possible and only way to test. IS to try another router even for just a few days and see if that solves it

You can also try CS and see if you can persuade them that router faulty and they should send a replacement
