@BTCARE are as bad as ringing up 1st line as I was instantly told that its a wireless channel fault when i said I am directly connected to my HH ........ and if i get slow internet, keep on restarting my home hub as it would help 😞
Please if an admin could just spend 5 minutes of time to talk to me so I can ask 2 questions it would be greatly appreciated.

everything is green and no faults. well apart from 300ms pings and 0.7mb speed but thats ok because the BTW website says my connection is fine .... perhaps i will look and get a ADR involved?
and even though i have followed the instructions to disable bt wifi (http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12958/c/346,1238,2694) weeks ago my router still is sharing the service when i turn my wifi back on from doing BTW speed checks.
Hopefully on monday an admin will be in touch.
