Unfortunately, my daughter took the call, heard an accent and put the phone down - we get plauged by "sales calls" (not what I call them.......). I got an e-mail saying they had called and to e-mail back - I did and heard nothing. Since then, the hub also restarted and is now even slower.
I think I used the e-mail I got from Adrian but it looks like a generic e-mail address - is there another I should have used?

After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
Thanks Olga - reset gone ahead and errors seem to be settling down. Sure it won't stay at this level/fast path but if it is like before it will settle but slightly slower - but still a lot better than before (noticably so!)
