Stuck Ip Profile

After a sporadic disconnection due to BT working on my local cab (connecting infinity), I decided to try the Home Hub instead of the Netgear I normally use...the HH synced, sub 1 meg...

 

I reconnected the Netgear but, alas, DLM hasn't rectified my ip profile....

 

 Download speedachieved during the test was - 683 Kbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 200-1000 Kbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :5184 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
 IP Profile for your line is - 750 Kbps

I have looked a t the kitz website and this should have been fixed after 4 hours...so can a mod help?

ip profiles take from 4hours to 5days to recover typically 3 to 5 days

According to the kitz website this is what is normal...from 1000kps to 5000kps is 500%...This has happened before and I assure , the profile is stuck so can a mod help...I have emailed them....

15%        20%  48 hours

 

10%        15%   72 hours

 

  8%        10%    96 hours

according to the kitz site this only applies to about 60% of connection.  I am in the other 40% and so might you be where is still takes 3/5 days

Still no change...normally my ip profile recovers within 12 hrs...that's why I'm sure te profile is stuck..

 

Last year I had to resort to emailing the ceo of BT when my profile was stuck (resolved within 2 hrs)...if it has not been fixed by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to do the same...

Thanks paddy...sent email to forum.moderation.team@bt.com as the contact form didn't appear...although I sent a contact form yesterday...I am sure it is "stuck" again...

Still no change...no reply from mods from my 2 emails...getting pretty sick of the service...do I have to phone Ian Livingstones ofiice to get something done?
