Unless the hub is fault and has some sort of circuit issue.

If it's repeatable, then I'd look to get a new/replacement hub or router.

Yes folks,
Sorry about the disconnection thing... my mistake
I was monitoring my Home Hub3 with RouterStatsHub.exe on the computer, so obviously I lost the hub data with the Ethernet disconnect. Later...

Re: Stuck in ADSL2+ Profile Band

Do you think that the published ADSL Profile Bands are the same rate bands discussed by those who describe Caution Counters, and is the caution counter common to all DLM, both ADSL2+ and FTTC?.   If so, this image may be of use for answering some questions of the type...

Re: Stuck in ADSL2+ Profile Band

Hi folks,

In response to your response to my original post...

I have waited for in excess of ten days now for an improvement in my connection but there has been none so far.

I enclose the most recent set of connection stats.

Any ideas about how I can increase my download rate (12.34 Mbps)?  Up rate is 700 Kbps.

Re: Stuck in ADSL2+ Profile Band

Hi again folks,

Well, it seems that I was  stuck in a fixed profile band.   The moderator requested a reset of the line today, the fifteenth day of line time, and the router started its first sync at about supper time.   It is still in process of adjustment, and has already auto re-synched on two occasions.   The sync rate started at about 18.639 Mbps, in fully adaptive mode (FRA). The download speed has increased from 12.34 before the reset to 16.14 Mbps, but it may still be a bit early to cheer.

Here are the recent stats, with sync still in progress...

Re: Stuck in ADSL2+ Profile Band

Hi folks, Thought I would add stats here for the sake of documenting an ADSL2+ sync history. To continue from the stats previously given above: The link has been re-synced again after four days on about 18.6 Mbps and no interleaving. Interleaving is now added and the starting sync rate is 19.254 Mbps.  Now downloads at 16.63 Mbps and 0.69 Mbps up. Thanks all.
