My OP (original post) and indeed the thread title asked: to whom do we complain when the BT ISP is blocking a website for no reason?
That's all I asked. I wasn't expecting the BT Executives to gasp in horror and realise that their company is behaving badly. All I hoped was that seasoned people who have spent longer than I have with battling BT issues could let me know to whom do we complain when the BT ISP is blocking a website for no reason?
And (just for the record) I am still asking that.
