Re: To whom do we complain when the BT ISP is blocking a website for no reason?

^ Thanks for the replies.

My OP (original post) and indeed the thread title asked: to whom do we complain when the BT ISP is blocking a website for no reason?

That's all I asked. I wasn't expecting the BT Executives to gasp in horror and realise that their company is behaving badly. All I hoped was that seasoned people who have spent longer than I have with battling BT issues could let me know to whom do we complain when the BT ISP is blocking a website for no reason?

And (just for the record) I am still asking that.

You would need to write in a letter I suspect. The details are usually on your bill, or can likely be found on bt.com

Or just use a proxy and don't waste you time 🙂

OK, thanks for your patience, Webby and others, and thanks for your replies.

I can't really do the ’Mark as Accepted Solution’ thing since I neither accept it, nor regard it as a solution ... but sometimes life falls a bit short, eh. Oh, well.

See ya later, guys.
